Line produced for Work Party, this documentary series for TV3 followed young people in Waitara. From students and factory workers to pole dancers and sheep shearers. When COVID lockdowns hit mid production, the shoot pivoted quickly to comply with changing government rules, requiring agile logistics, health & safety protocols and duty of care practices to support contributors who had never been on TV before. As one Spinoff reviewer put it, the series is “a compelling tribute to small town brilliance.”
