Druce is a production services company based in New Plymouth, Taranaki, led by producer Juliet Condon.
With two decades of experience across drama, documentary, commercials, comedy and live events, we turn complex ideas into calm, well run shoots. We bridge creativity and logistics. Translating big visions into clear plans and productions that stay on track without the chaos.
We provide production services, fixing, and consulting for local and international crews working across Taranaki and wider New Zealand. In practice, that means budgeting, scheduling, crewing and on set logistics. The operational backbone that keeps a production on time and on budget.

We’ve worked with broadcasters, streamers, production companies, agencies, and plenty of good humans, plus the odd rogue animal that needed wrangling. Big brands, diverse personalities, and many memorable moments.
